1. Shipping Locations

We ship to all locations across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@mntmotors.com for availability and arrangements.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Customized machinery or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you in advance.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Any shipping fees will be displayed during checkout or communicated via invoice for offline orders.

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers (terms apply).


4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

  • For customized or made-to-order products, delivery timelines will be shared on a case-by-case basis.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • For any issues with tracking or shipment delays, please contact our support team.


6. Shipping Partners

We partner with reputed courier and logistics providers such as:

  • DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and local freight providers for heavy machinery.

  • For large equipment, delivery may be done via surface transport with prior coordination.


7. Damage During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching all orders. However, if your product is damaged during shipping:

  • Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us clear photos/videos of the packaging and damaged item.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


8. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, pandemics, or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed in such cases and work to minimize any inconvenience.
