However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund policy as detailed below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Customized or made-to-order machines are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
Consumable parts (e.g., belts, filters) once used.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Customized or specially ordered machinery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
In some cases, a restocking fee (up to 10%) may be deducted.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For return shipments, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide clear photos/videos of the damage or issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Customized or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
